Took it bac BUYER BEWARE. Purchased what we thought was 2019 F150 FX4. After taking home, realized that there were no skid plates (basic to an FX4). Took it back to Tallahassee Ford to inquire and was told as a used vehicle, that an FX4 decal does not mean it is an FX4. What? So, they have a truck on the lot that displays (and sells) as an FX4 but is not really an FX4? Even our sales person was shocked. Talked to manager Bob Hewitt and he says, "That's the way it is" and "It's not up to the dealership to verify what we are selling is indeed what we are selling. That's the buyer's responsibility." Simply put, do not trust Tallahassee Ford. They are not honorable. They are deceptive. So much for supporting local business. More

Left Me With the Wrecked Car they Sold as Unwrecked Bought a beautiful 2016 Murano there in August 2018. Driving it home I knew something was wrong as soon as I hit the interstate and drove it over 45 Bought a beautiful 2016 Murano there in August 2018. Driving it home I knew something was wrong as soon as I hit the interstate and drove it over 45 mph. Sounded like a window was open in the back with air coming in the hatch area of the SUV. Took it to Nissan. They said it had been wrecked. I did not pay the price of a wrecked car. It was sold as non-wrecked. Car fax was clean, however. Fast forward to 15 months later. I still have the car. Tried to work with three different people. They all made a gesture that did not fix it. Final straw was this past August. Asked them to at least pay off the loan so I could get another car that does not have a roar coming from the back seat. The third guy to "help me" said he would do that or find me another car like it. I said go ahead. Never heard back. Emailed him. Said he would "get back to me". Never heard back. Emailed again. Never heard back. That made 3 people there who just dropped me and my car situation. Called and left message for the manager of the dealership. Never called back. Boy they sure left me out in the cold and out of all of this, I was the one who was left holding the bag. Or in this case, making payments on a "good used car" that was actually not that at all. NO ONE WOULD STEP UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING. Not fair. Not good customer service at the very least. More

Great Buying Experience Until it Wasn't Bought a 2016 Nissan Murano SL, Discovered soon after it was a wrecked car but had not reported on Car Fax. Struggled a lot to get call backs ever s Bought a 2016 Nissan Murano SL, Discovered soon after it was a wrecked car but had not reported on Car Fax. Struggled a lot to get call backs ever since. Struggled to get car into shop (both shop owner and used car supervisor forgot? Took off work for nothing) . Been to shop twice. Still not fixed but actually worse. Now they are avoiding my calls and emails. So great experience buying. Negligent experience making it right. Would like to hear from the owner of the dealership to ask him/her why no one is overly concerned that I paid for an car that was sold by their dealership for the price of an unwrecked auto. More
