We purchased a 4Runner two weeks ago at Toyota of Braintree. Emmanuel Hernandez was very knowledgeable and helpful. We wanted to have a quick transaction as it had become apparent it was time to l Braintree. Emmanuel Hernandez was very knowledgeable and helpful. We wanted to have a quick transaction as it had become apparent it was time to let our old vehicle have a rest and we needed a safe driving vehicle for the winter. Many staff at Toyota of Braintree helped us complete our purchase in a timely manner, Bob H, Emmanuel H. and Arthur M.. in particular. Emmanuel organized all the moving pieces and made the whole experience very smooth, keeping us informed at each step along the way. Overall, a good experience working with straightforward people who worked well with us. Enjoying our Toyota now! More
