I’ve been going to Toyota of Hackensack for my car maintenance for a few years now, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Their team is always fast, efficient, and incredibly professional maintenance for a few years now, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Their team is always fast, efficient, and incredibly professional, and the entire dealership has a very welcoming, friendly atmosphere. It’s rare to find a service center where you feel genuinely taken care of, but that’s exactly what they provide. I especially want to highlight Marissa, who handles my paperwork each time. She is absolutely wonderful—organized, attentive, and always on top of every detail. She makes the whole process smooth from start to finish and consistently ensures that everything is explained clearly. You can tell she really cares about the customers and goes out of her way to make the experience stress-free. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff, they always do their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible without ever compromising quality. Whether it’s routine maintenance or unexpected service, I always leave confident that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend Toyota of Hackensack to anyone looking for trustworthy service and a dealership that truly values its customers. More

Toyota of Hackensack took me in without an appointment to fix my radio head unit which kept rebooting. Service writer Marissa Giordano could not have been more helpful. She assigned my car to Service Foreman fix my radio head unit which kept rebooting. Service writer Marissa Giordano could not have been more helpful. She assigned my car to Service Foreman Mike, who quickly identified the problem as a faulty aftermarket S/D card (mapping). The dealership ordered a new card and installed it today. There was also a Toyota TSB software update for the radio, which the service department also successfully installed. Now the radio and GPS appear to be working perfectly. I am very grateful for the fast, reasonably priced service to fix this issue. I just moved back to Bergen County recently and look forward to working with Toyota of Hackensack for all my future service needs. Thank you! More
