From past experience with other dealerships, I had been expecting some assistance in service, but Bob was over the top to be sure I was taken care of; the job was well done and I was more than satidfied sa expecting some assistance in service, but Bob was over the top to be sure I was taken care of; the job was well done and I was more than satidfied satisfied. We have purchased many cars from Klick Lewis and have always been very pleased with their sales and service departments. I am especially grateful that I can get a "loaner" car when my vehicle is in for always been very pleased with their sales and service departments. I am especially grateful that I can get a "loaner" car when my vehicle is in for service. A few weeks ago their service department was very helpful when I was out of town on business and experienced sudden car problems. Since it was a Saturday I was not surprised that I got no answer when I phoned for assistance. Someone immediately noticed on caller ID that I had phoned and promptly returned my call even though I did not leave a voice mail. Service of this nature is thoroughly appreciated. More
