Service center was the only good part of our experience. Our sales guy, Bob, rocks as usual, but everything else was horribly disorganized, no communication, promises made but not kept. I purchased this vehicle in December 2023 and picked it up at the Maguire dealership in Syracuse on December 15, 2023. I purchased this vehicle online and asked if Maguire of Grand Island would meet me at up at the Maguire dealership in Syracuse on December 15, 2023. I purchased this vehicle online and asked if Maguire of Grand Island would meet me at the Syracuse dealership. This all took place and everything has been fine except when I realized there should be (2) key fobs but I only had one. When I called the Saleman I was dealing with he said it should have been in the glove compartment but it was not there. The saleman checked and found out the car came to the dealership with only one fob. The saleman went to upper management about providing another key fob and nothing was done. I believe I should have been told this when I puchased the vehicle and been compensated on the price for the missing key fob. I ended up going to a locksmith and purchased a key fob and had it programmed and the key cut for a cost of $232.20. I hope your upper management team responds better to your other customers if they have an issue.
