Hub Assembly Issue Needed to replace Hub Assembly and checked SYNC. With older vehicles, Ford would argue until the vehicle was out of warranty and then charge for repl Needed to replace Hub Assembly and checked SYNC. Ford has gotten smarter and realized that there are issues with the Sync plus our service manager went to bat for us. Thanks so much Bob! More

Oil Change I was scheduled for the time of day that I requested and was processed in immediately upon arrival. Do not have Alex as your representative Just got back from leaving my Ford explorer for it's yearly maintenance. I have the premium maintenance plan, My representative was Alex.who recommend Just got back from leaving my Ford explorer for it's yearly maintenance. I have the premium maintenance plan, My representative was Alex.who recommended a 139,00 dollar maintenance that was already done on our last visit. My wife luckily remembered this was already done. Basically he tried to get paid again for something that was done. He had our previous maintenance papers in his hand. Then when we called him on it he tried walking away saying OK we just will not do it, Very rude. I would not recommend Alex to be your representative. I went to Currie Ford due to their high rating. It's his job to know what was done and I am sure he did. Alex was trying to take advantage of a customers ignorance. I will be talking with regional ford customer service. Ok after going back to pick up our SUV Alex even got worse. Basically calling my wife a liar it was only after Bob Emlund stepped in and verified what we were saying because he was there at the time talking to us in private that we got some satisfaction. We are to go back in 3 months and getting another checkup because we did not get all that we should get after 30000 miles. We have the premium plus maintenance plan yet all we got was oil change and oil filter. We are suppose to get a free oil change and this time at least a cabin filter the brakes I believe should be replaced as they are all at the point of replacement according to there maintenance review which not signed by there maintenance crew which it should have been. I will see what happens at this time. Bob was very nice and we did get some money knocked off the price. I will see what happens at that time. But let me make it clear Alex was even worse after we came back to pick up our SUV. More
