We leased a new car from Chris recently and were delighted with the friendly and helpful service we received. It's our first new car in a long time and he showed great patience walking us through a delighted with the friendly and helpful service we received. After we chose the Malibu we wanted, Chris was happy to explain all the features & benefits of the car... we didn't feel rushed and I'm sure if we have any questions after driving the car for a while, Chris will happy to help us! Chris and the rest of the team also paid great attention to providing a Covid-secure, safe buying experience from end to end. Robert DiCicco on the Finance team was friendly and made the paperwork process seamless as well. We highly recommend Chris and choosing Jennings Chevrolet if you need a vehicle! More

Jennings Chevrolet, I drove 1.5 hr after being told on the phone I would get a fair trade in for me car. Of course whould not commit on the phone, but was assured it would not be a whole sale number. then the phone I would get a fair trade in for me car. Of course whould not commit on the phone, but was assured it would not be a whole sale number. then I get there and it’s less than whole sale. So I pull the trade in from the deal and work on a price without trade in we agreed on a price after I stated very clearly any price we discussed must include tax documents or any other fees. Sales manager Francisco agreed. So I set up my loan at fincial credit union in Ottawa Illinois.Francisco from Jennings Chevy had added in 2500$ for tax’s and doc and other handling fees after the long conversation we had in his office! So this dealership dealt in deception and liying wasting 4 days of my time and money!! After 11more days on 2/11/20 lm still looking for a Durango. And after reapply for different loan I find out my credit is. Damaged due to Jennings Chevrolet shopping around to find me a loan after I told them I had arranged my own financing . And after I was pressured to buy the Durango is still there. Once again lying misleading manipulation is what you get at Jennings Chevrolet!!!!!! More

Clean, Friendly, Honest, Caring We just bought our third card from Jennings. Two in one year! They know us by name and ask about who we are, we are not just a number to them. There was a maintenance person who waved and said thank you to me as I left the dealership! They don't let you leave unless you completely understand and are comfortable with the car. The sales people are not pushy, they know their business and will steer you in the right direction. The service level when you bring your car in for maintenance is amazing! They go over everything with a fine tooth comb and they are quick too! Cannot say enough great things about this dealership! More

I will never deal with Andy Sweiss again I currently have my 2nd lease and now subsequently 3rd lease with Jennings Chevy. Abu is my sales agent and he is great, however the sales manager And I currently have my 2nd lease and now subsequently 3rd lease with Jennings Chevy. Abu is my sales agent and he is great, however the sales manager Andy not so much. After 3 months of being in a loaner due to our 2018 Chevy Traverses engine shutting off and locking the wheel in mid traffic on a very busy road (Harlem Ave) and GM literally having no fix, GM took back the car back I got a new lease and went to pick my new lease up today....after I arrived Andy came outside and said in a cocky tone “you are going to return my loaner like this”..,the loaner needed to be vacuumed their was some errant McDonald’s fries and some tree brush in there (btw I have 3 kids) I then stated I would have no problem going to take the car to get vacuumed and cleaned for him and he said no problem don’t worry about it....the agent who was helping with the delivery of my new vehicle told me that they needed to see me in service....allegedly their was a dent in the car literally the size of a dime considering that they literally dropped off the loaner vehicle at our house at the beginning of this whole headache because the 1st loaner they provided didn’t have captain seats despite them saying they would loan us a car that had the same options as our original traverse, and when the dropped the new loaner at our house my wife literally signed the paperwork at our front door without evening looking at the car there magically is a small ding on the car....I digress anyway while I’m in service they notify me that in addition to paying for the dent I also am being charged a 100 cleaning fee and the service guy stated that Andy specifically told him to charge that...interesting considering I told Andy 10 min prior that I would be more than happy to get the car cleaned and he said no problem....I then went to Andy and have him a mouthful....I have leased for 5 yrs through Jennings and as I said our sales agent Abu is great however Andy and his pompous attitude considering the BS I had to deal with cause Jennings Chevrolet leased me a car that GM had no fix for, paying for a lease I wasn’t driving, having 2 loaners because they lied regarding the 1st one, and saying no problem to my face then behind my back trying to charge me a 100 cleaning fee....I mean if that’s the way you treat loyal customers that’s a problem....Abu is great but unfortunately this will be our last lease with Jennings More

awesome experience purchasing my first brand new vehicle I had been driving a 2005 Silverado for the past 9 years, and finally decided it was time for a new one. I love the body style of the 2018s and couldn I had been driving a 2005 Silverado for the past 9 years, and finally decided it was time for a new one. I love the body style of the 2018s and couldn’t pass up the rebates. I had been looking online and called three dealerships that had vehicles I was interested in. Nobody I spoke with had any product knowledge, or followed up with me, and no one was willing to locate a vehicle for me. As a service manager in the industry for a different carline, I was extremely disappointed. It seemed like nobody wanted to sell me a truck. I finally got a referral to Chris at Jennings. I could tell right away that he was a straight shooter, knew the product and he bent over backwards to find the EXACT truck I was looking for. He got the deal set up quickly, dealer traded it from Iowa and I got to pick it up just in time for Christmas. Everything was well organized when I went to take delivery. I was in and out of the finance box quickly. Chris went over the vehicle with me and I was on my way. It was such an easy process and I am extremely grateful for his efforts. Phenomenal job and tremendous customer service. I will definitely be sending friends and family his way. More

He is just a genuine person and willing to help out any way he can. We also love Bob! Bob was absolutely hilarious and the best finance guy we have ever dealt with. We wish we could buy a car every year so we could see Chris and Bob all the time! They really made our car buying experience enjoyable and we are so happy we found Jennings! More

Flew 1/2 way across the country for an excellent experience My wife had been looking for a very specific car all over the internet. Finally, she found "the one" at Jennings Chevrolet. I called and talked with Adel and he told me all about it. On his word, we bought1-way plane tickets from Boise, ID to Chicago, took a $50 Uber and arrived at Jennings the next day. Adel had the car all ready for us and it was everything he said that it was. He gave us a discount for the plane tickets, paid for the Uber and made us feel very confident in the purchase. After a 3-day, 1900 mile trip back (by way of Mt. Rushmore), we couldn't be happier! I would fly back to Jennings and do it all over again! Everyone, especially Adel, was fantastic to work with and totally upstanding. Great experience and my wife LOVES her Jazz blue, 2016 Chrysler 300s AWD. (See, I told you she was specific).🛫🙂 More
