Exceptional Customer Service I have had my 2017 VW Tourag for 14 months and I can not say enough about the customer service I've received from Pit Stops and my recent first recomm I have had my 2017 VW Tourag for 14 months and I can not say enough about the customer service I've received from Pit Stops and my recent first recommended service. Recently, I had some questions and Alex went above and beyond to assist me and make me feel like I was their most important customer. Bob the shuttle driver was also so kind and exemplified professionalism. I always wanted a VW and I am so happy I purchased at Vorderman. More

Great salesman and customer serice. I’ve purchased a new and certified VW here now and had a terrific experience both times. I leased my first VW less than 6 months ago. I nailed a pothole and my tire's sidewall developed a bulge. I took it in thinking I just needed a tire. After further inspection Service determined my car wa pothole and my tire's sidewall developed a bulge. I took it in thinking I just needed a tire. After further inspection Service determined my car was now out of alignment. After the alignment was performed they found the caster was out of adjustment. Larry was very detailed in explaining the how and why and what needed to be done. I contacted my insurance company and they are now working together to correct the problem. I dread spending money, but I do not dread going to the dealership and dealing with these fine people. I have owned many brands of cars and dealt with many dealerships and none compare to Vorderman. Even Bob the driver takes the time to get to know the customers and acknowledges and greets and converses with everybody he meets. More
