I went with the whole intention to buy a Q5 2014. Unfortunately the appraised my car $10,000 below NADA price. When I asked how they got that number, because Audi and a BMW dealerships in Westmont of Unfortunately the appraised my car $10,000 below NADA price. When I asked how they got that number, because Audi and a BMW dealerships in Westmont offered to me a good value for my car, they did know what so say. They starting taking about the auctions somewhere in Mayfield, PA, and in another place. When I asked about the NADA or KBB trade in price, they just told me "Ask then to buy your car...". Conclusion: I will never return to any car dealership with the "Exchange". More
