Mt Pleasant Toyota is my go to place for my Prius. Linda & Robert (Service Advisors) are nice & helpful. The cashiers when you pay are as well. Making an appointment for service was easy and the service hours are great. However, the actual service was not great. The service was not fully completed and I had to return to the dealership so th service hours are great. However, the actual service was not great. The service was not fully completed and I had to return to the dealership so the service could be completed. I am also experiencing new problems after a “fix” for a recall on the digital display system. I had not issues with the display system prior to the recall fix. More
