Mr. Annis was great however every other aspect of the dealership was disappointing. The first salesman a young man 20-30 was rude and arrogant even said something derogatory when I said I would like to dealership was disappointing. The first salesman a young man 20-30 was rude and arrogant even said something derogatory when I said I would like to not make this an all day event as I know what I want and don’t need financing, we had to ask for another salesperson. I explicitly said what I wanted as my current car was destroyed by the hurricane. Why did it take 5 hrs to make the deal, the salesman showed me a great car but the cars were unorganized and he couldn’t find a car that wasn’t a recall lost 1 hr there, then over to BMW to close… when it came to the important part which was setting up the computer I was exhausted to set it up. Lastly we titled the car in both my name and husband yet the computer has my husband as the primary how sexist!!!!so now when I open the car the computer welcomes Edward, had to call this week to change computer what a waste of time, that is an example not paying attention to details they all knew the car was for me …so as a dealership it needs work, as for a great salesman Mr. Annis was great More
