I bought a Mini from Bob Annis in 2019 and knew we would get a good deal from Ferman. Our out the door cost was less than we were offered elsewhere so we drove 4 hours to pick it up. My salesman, Bob was excellent as was Santos the sales manager. Was not happy when in financing at the end of signing all the papers I was told I would not receive a check for my car they bought that they manager.
