Should be zero stars! I'm convinced that this dealership engages in illegal practices, in that NO BUYER can purchase a vehicle for the price advertised on the internet. Texas law mandates that ANY BUYER sho engages in illegal practices, in that NO BUYER can purchase a vehicle for the price advertised on the internet. Texas law mandates that ANY BUYER should be able to buy a car for the published price, and that the only lawful additions to that price are sales tax and registration fees. This dealership requires NON-NEGOTIABLE additions for their own internal "warranty" (which I would trust as far as I could thrown the car) and their "Reconditioning" costs. Again, per Texas law, reconditioning costs (those costs incurred to make the car ready for sale) MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE ADVERTISED SALE PRICE! In the altered Shottenkirk universe, the buyer has to pay extra for the reconditioning costs. Avoid these high-pressure, deceptive tactics like the plague. More
