Deceptive management. Salesman promised in writing a 90 day warranty on this very high mileage 2018 Jeep Compass. That warranty was the only reason I agreed to purchase Salesman promised in writing a 90 day warranty on this very high mileage 2018 Jeep Compass. That warranty was the only reason I agreed to purchase the vehicle on 10.19.2024. Today November 7th I attempted to get a check engine issue repaired. The car selection was good and the experience with the salesman and GM was also good. We reached a deal in 90 min or less. I arrived at 1015 am and departed at 415 pm after getting to a deal in 90 min. Th salesman and GM was also good. We reached a deal in 90 min or less. I arrived at 1015 am and departed at 415 pm after getting to a deal in 90 min. This is ridiculous for me as a consumer and even more ridiculous for you as a dealership. Time is money. You wasted my time and more importantly you wasted time for all of you. I ran a $4B a year sales operation and if I wasted this much time daily I would have been fired and I didn’t deal with consumers. Just a recommendation for you all to fix this - you are lousy money and possibly customers. More
