This was my first experience with Ford and Chapman, and I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Moyer. He was personable and down to earth, as well as very attentive to small details when showing me around my new car. He was not a very pushy sales rep and when the direction I initially came in for didn't work, he was able to present me with a new offer (which allowed me to walk away in a brand new car!). He made me feel nothing but comfortable about the decisions that were needed to finalize the deal. So far my car runs like a gem and has all the bells and whistles I came in looking for. They give the best deals! I’ve been working with this dealer for about 7 years now. They always give me a solid deal that cannot be matched by anyone within 60 miles. I know this because we recently moved to NJ so I was shopping in my area to try and stay close to home but not one of the 4 dealers I went to wanted to work out a deal. I was told this is our price, no discounts and that’s that.. yeah well Chapman NE not only worked with me but they once again gave me the best deal in the tristate area! Others wanted to charge 5x as much or wanted 7k plus down. No thank you! I’ll gladly take the ride back to Philly to work with this dealer. Brian Burnley was helpful and not pushy at all. More
