My wife took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I called a week ahead of time and scheduled it for 9:30am. It took over three hours for this simple routine maintenance, because the guy wh rotation. I called a week ahead of time and scheduled it for 9:30am. It took over three hours for this simple routine maintenance, because the guy who was rotating the tires stripped out four of my lugs. They didn’t bother to call me and update me to this until they had a temporary fix and the maintenance was complete. So my wife had to set at the dealership for the entire 3 hours. This caused me to have to reschedule appointments that I had planned for that afternoon. We are now waiting on the replacement locking lugs to be mailed to me so I can get everything put back like it was before the maintenance activity. More
