I found the whole process of buying the car a little confusing and didn’t feel like everything was explained well. Also we met with Xavier who was excellent but Blair also was taking care of our case an confusing and didn’t feel like everything was explained well. The only text we received from him was “when will you being the rest of the money” when we had already discussed this the day before. Our salesman Blair and our Finance Chief Edgar were both very knowledgeable and professional. However, I was dismayed to find the 2022 Corolla we purchased came with only one key fob. Blair said the previous seller turned in only one key fob. This is unacceptable. The Dealership should provide a second key fob, not require the purchaser (me) to pay hundreds of dollars for a second one. More
