“McLaren Charlotte sold me a wrecked vehicle, didn't disclose, and now refuses to make me whole.” I purchased a used vehicle from McLaren Charlotte in April 2025. From day one, the experience has been disclose, and now refuses to make me whole.” I purchased a used vehicle from McLaren Charlotte in April 2025. From day one, the experience has been a nightmare. The car arrived with a blown wheel bearing (confirmed and repaired by a local dealer). Soon after, I discovered severe undisclosed accident damage, despite the vehicle being advertised as “accident-free.” North Carolina law dictates that a dealer should disclose this damage. Even if they claim they did not know, they should have reasonably known about it, particularly when they are a dealer that sells high end Rolls Royce and McLaren vehicles. They should reasonably have been able to see this awful attempt at a repair. I have spent countless hours dealing with repairs, chasing answers, and trying to get the dealership to take responsibility. Instead of making things right, they have dragged their feet, avoided communication, and refused to follow through with our less than satisfactory settlement agreement. I just wanted out. They are now trying to structure a buyback in a way that leaves me financially harmed and are refusing to process the sale as a reversal so I can be refunded the thousands of dollars in sales tax I paid. Both their sales manager, Blaine Decker, and their attorney, Jason Burton, have stopped responding altogether. This is McLaren Charlotte — a dealership that regularly sells cars for hundreds of thousands of dollars, yet they are fighting me over what amounts to a rounding error for them while leaving me stuck with the bill for their multiple mistakes. Their time would be better spent selling their next McLaren instead of stonewalling a customer who just wants to be made whole. The pièce de résistance was the ridiculous “Administrative Fees.” Third party associates did terrible work. The “Dealer Doc” service processed my title in the wrong county, thus never sending a memorandum title, could not execute Power of Attorney correctly, and sent my title work to the wrong location. I had to go pay for a duplicate title after already being charged for the same as an “Administrative Fee.” If you are considering doing business here, be extremely cautious. Luxury name or not, my experience has been one of misrepresentation, financial frustration, and a refusal to do the right thing, even with the involvement of legal counsel. More

Bought a 750S with low miles a month ago and was told the vehicle had not been in an accident and was given a walkaround video showing a few tiny paint chips. My car went in for PPF this week and the owner vehicle had not been in an accident and was given a walkaround video showing a few tiny paint chips. My car went in for PPF this week and the owner pointed out the car had been repainted in the front and it was not a clean job. The G.M. at Charlotte McLaren has not returned phone calls or emails and is dodging me. More
