Clayton was awesome to work with and made sure that I got a deal that worked for both of us. The head light was busted and he had the mechanics replace it for me and that was awesome but they did seem to hav a deal that worked for both of us. Our experience at Jim Norton T-Town was great. I was dreading the car buying process, but when we arrived, Jasmine was ready to help and jumped right into action. She was great to work with and we I was dreading the car buying process, but when we arrived, Jasmine was ready to help and jumped right into action. She was great to work with and we were impressed with the fairness in price negotiation (the part I was dreading) and also the attention to detail in getting us set up once we had the car we wanted. They were fast and prioritized servicing the car as it was new to the lot. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely go back! More
