I am beyond frustrated. I have to call two dozen times over a two month period to actually reach somebody or maybe get a call back. A call and get transferred to a voicemail I have to call two dozen times over a two month period to actually reach somebody or maybe get a call back. A call and get transferred to a voicemail pretty much every time.I bought my truck in for a warranty repair in November 2024 and they kept putting me off and putting me off and putting me off. I called every couple of weeks and if I was lucky enough to reach somebody they would say it’s still on backorder. I finally showed up a year later for other service and they told me that they couldn’t help me. I have no idea how they’re still in business. As a local business owner of many years, if I treated my customers like this, I wouldn’t be in business any longer. It’s beyond a miracle. More

Bishoy does not follow up or attempt to return any calls, emails, etc…. Other service writers were helpful, but overall attitude of the majority of customer facing service staff, was that customers are simpl emails, etc…. In the handful of times over 3 years that I brought my jeep to this dealership, I never once had anything but TERRIBLE experiences. Multiple occasions my vehicle was kept for weeks on end, no one would re jeep to this dealership, I never once had anything but TERRIBLE experiences. Multiple occasions my vehicle was kept for weeks on end, no one would return my calls, no loaner vehicle was ever offered. Service department manager is never available and refuses to return phone calls, no matter how many voicemails you leave. The last time, 1 of the 2 issues wasn't even fixed but I have given up and no longer wish to ever go back there. Truly the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealer or shop. More

Dropped car off for warranty work, forced to sign acknowledgment to pay for warranty work, that was ultimately covered under warranty. Was told by Bishoy he would follow up the day I dropped the car acknowledgment to pay for warranty work, that was ultimately covered under warranty. Was told by Bishoy he would follow up the day I dropped the car off. Never heard from him. I called, texted, reached out on multiple occasions over the next 48 hours with zero follow up. Finally drove back to the dealership the next day to see when I could get my vehicle back(needed it for work), was able to learn from a different advisor that the part was in, but no techs available to make the repairs. Finally got my vehicle back 3 days later with zero apologies or concerns from Bishoy about his lack of communication, follow up and not returning any calls or messages. I will never work with Bishoy as my advisor again. I was finally assisted by Emily and David and they were both great to work with. More

After service, we drove the Jeep home. The next day after driving my daughter to school, there was Coolant leaking when we got home. To my surprise, the technician did NOT tighten the radi The next day after driving my daughter to school, there was Coolant leaking when we got home.
