Westgate Kia demonstrated that they I am very pleased with my new vehicle purchase, but more importantly, I am impressed with the way I was treated. Westgate Kia demonstrated that they really care about the customer. They were persistent, but patient at the same time, in working with me to make sure I purchased the vehicle of my choice at a price I felt was reasonable. Although I was not in the best of moods due to traffic delays that took me over 1 hour to get to the dealership, they did not let that deter them. I walked away feeling good about the whole ordeal and apologized to my initial salesman (Colby Vezina) for being such "trouble." (That's an inside joke! .LOL) This truly was a win-win situation for all involved. I wish to thank everyone involved in this transaction at Westgate Kia (and they know who they are). Hopefully, we will do business again. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Oh, did I mention that they have a much better selection of vehicle colors, especially the interior. That was a major plus for me as I prefer a dark interior. Other dealerships had too many white, red, black and grey cars with light interior. Westgate had a sangria color Kia with black interior that I almost purchased. Impressive! More

Frauds This place may say westgate Kia but it is still Chris Leith. If I would have known this I would have never went back to them. They are frauds. 3 Years ago after leasing my soul there I went back 2 months after to lease another for my wife and they tried to scam. I went to another dealer to get my car serviced after. Now 3 years later my lease was up and Being they changed the name I figured I would go back cause they seemed to have been bought over and my lease was up. I was wrong. They kept me and my wife and 4 month old there for 2 hours. We just wanted a buyout quote on my lease or a price on a new lease. They tried giving us numbers without even running credit. Then they where going to give us a 2018 Kia Soul that was all chipped up and scratched and had 430 miles on it. When question about the chips and scratches the sale person just laughed at us. They tried to get us to sign papers without even giving us prices on either the lease buyout or the new lease. I already signed the form to allow them to run my credit. When I question the sales person on what he was giving me to sign he said it was more papers to run credit. I told him it wasn't and he got all uncomfortable and jumped up and walked away and for over 20 minutes he hung out at the counter with other workers like it was coffee time for them. After 2 hours which we shouldn't have even stayed that long we walked out. Still they never gave us a price on either car and we definitely where not taking a car with chips and scratches. The next day we went to Fred Anderson Kia and leased a brand new black Kia Soul. No chips or scratches and got more options for the price we wanted. They made our experience so pleasant. They ran credit and within 20 min we agreed on a car and a price. No more than 2 hours we where driving home in our new car. Beware of Westgate Kia. They are frauds and will try and scam you in every way. Don't waste your time. They treat you like you are stupid and trash. Will never step foot in this dealership again! More
