Billy has worked for Don's Ford Service for 30 years, he is currently the manager of our Service Department. He is a graduate of Proctor High School. At home, he has three children, and enjoys to spend time with his family, workout and maintain his hobby of cars.

Bought vehicle 2017 f150 great truck and moved from New York to Tennessee. They said I had 2 years extended warranty on it when I needed to use warranty I found that it was for only engine and transmission York to Tennessee. The garage I took it to down here said, so I called Don’ ford and they said it was more coverage I then had garage call them up and after awhile of arguing Don’s guy went on ford sight and found tha all the rest of warranty slipped thru and wasn’t on it so they did put it on. I called Don’ ford and no one would answer i got sales voice mail I left message,I called 4-5 times leaving message and no one called me back I did this about 5 different days and no luck. I finally went and used internet site and got someone. To get my registration for the truck and copy of the full warranty which doesn’t make sense. I would never again buy anything from them. More
