This was our third purchase from Med Center and our previous salesman Billy Mansell contacted me when I requested a test drive online and had the requested vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived. He answered every question perfectly and I had a lot of questions. He introduced us to Todd Mayers and the trade in process was quick and easy. Financing was smooth and we were completed with the whole process in about an hour. I highly recommend Med Center and Billy and Todd are truly professionals who I would be happy to work with again. More

I never write reviews, but my experience at Med Center Mazda was so good that I decided to write one for the first time. I just bought a new 2021 GT Mazda CX-9 from them. I couldn’t find the vehicle I wanted in Missouri where I live, but found one at Med Center Mazda. When I called to inquire about the vehicle I spoke with Billy Mansel, a sales person, who has been working there for over 18 years. At first I was reluctant to have the vehicle delivered to me from a different state, and without seeing it in person, but when I started talking to Billy I understood that I wanted to buy a vehicle from the man: honest, straightforward, tells you how things are, and won’t hide anything about the vehicle from you. The man speaks the truth, and this is what so many sales people are missing nowadays. He kept answering all my questions, every single day, called me back with a status when he said he would, and provided lots of extra additional information to make me feel comfortable buying a vehicle without seeing it in person. I honestly felt as if I were standing by the vehicle when I was buying it. The vehicle was delivered at the exact day and time as promised. All the paperwork was neatly organized and prepared for me to sign. It was honestly so easy to make this purchase. I highly recommend this place, and Billy Mansel. I’ve had a wonderful experience buying from them and would do so again in no time. More

I’ve bought all my cars from Med Center Mazda since year 2000, when I bought my first SUV, the Tribute. I’ve gone from the Tribute to the CX-5, to the CX-7, which they no longer make, but wish they did, to 2000, when I bought my first SUV, the Tribute. I’ve gone from the Tribute to the CX-5, to the CX-7, which they no longer make, but wish they did, to the CX-9. Ive always traded with Billy Mansel, he’s my guy !!! Been happy with all of them and the Service dept is phenomenal. Barry and James always make sure that I’m taken care of and my car has what it needs. Nice waiting room with drinks and coffee, tv and a constant update on the board of the progress of your car. As a matter of fact, I just financed my granddaughter a car thru them. Got her a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe and she loves it. Billy called me at school and said he had this, said it would be great for her and we went that afternoon and bought it !! Just had service done on her first oil change. I couldn’t be happier with Med Center Mazda, I have no desire to go anywhere else- ever !!!!! More
