I just leased a 2024 Honda prologue and it’s electric. I’ve never owned or lease an electric vehicle before in my life and I’m almost 50. I’m a nurse and I work many hours. I had not had a chance to get a I’ve never owned or lease an electric vehicle before in my life and I’m almost 50. I’m a nurse and I work many hours. I had not had a chance to get acclimated to my new car.. I ended up stranded essentially at BMW in Diberville, Mississippi. Meanwhile, My Son was waiting for me and Slidell Louisiana so I could take him to court a very important court date and he has many issues. He struggles with like PTSD and anxiety.. Needless to say, I was very stressed at the situation of running out of electricity for my vehicle. Katie generously came to my rescue and allowed me to use BMWs electricity to charge my vehicle even though it was slow. I was so grateful and relieved. She allowed me to do this for many hours so that I could have enough power to get to Electrify America in Gulfport.. I can’t thank her enough she’s an angel and she’s in great enormous asset to your company. My next vehicle will be a BMW and I’m buying from her. I’ve already made up my mind and no one can change it. That’s the how much of an impact she made on me. She has called me and texted me many times to check on me and make sure I’m doing OK and I’m all right I just can’t thank her enough. I also want to say that everyone at BMW was very kind and helpful to me while I was waiting on my car to charge. The receptionist was very kind giving me a water when I was very thirsty. Katie showed me the Starbucks coffee and I enjoyed that and needed it. My experience at BMW was wonderful despite the stressful issue I was dealing with that day. I am more than grateful with the Service that I received from the Service Department in helping me with my 2022 BMW X7. Ms. Katie was more than capable and helpful with getting my Small truck logged on into from the Service Department in helping me with my 2022 BMW X7. The Galleria BMW auto Service was multitasking helping each, and every customer out some customers was very rude to them, but I saw them handle these customers with patient, kindness, respectful and very professional in spite of the way that they was being treated by some of the customers.
