My checklist for a car was beyond long; however, Ron managed to locate multiple 4Runners that met all my criteria. He listened to my desires about safety features, he gave detailed information about every feature during each test drive, he would share the differences between trim packages between the features on each vehicle that I drove. His knowledge and familiarity of the trim packages for Toyotas was marvelous for those that are unfamiliar. I never could have dreamed of having such a wonderful car and Ron P. found it for me! I have to mention that I brought my parents with me and Ron P. made sure that he answered ALL our questions. He made the entire experience a joy and breeze. Ron P. has the best sense of humor and so personable and welcoming. The three of us are still raving about how wonderful and fun our time with Ron P. was while finding the perfect Toyota. His sense of humor and energy. Ron P. at Toyota of Cedar Park exceeded my expectations! I have to say that the experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing. More

I worked with Ron and also Billy with the finance team and they were both great to deal with. Very reasonable and made sure I was happy with the vehicle I purchased. Billy was very helpful and friendly. I can absolutely recommend him to help with the sales part of buying a car. However, my issues started as I left the dealership at night and turned t I can absolutely recommend him to help with the sales part of buying a car. However, my issues started as I left the dealership at night and turned the headlights on, one of the headlights was out. Disappointed but understanding, I brought the car back to be serviced 2 days later. The insane amount of miscommunication and being passed around to so many different people made this part of my car buying experience really disappointing. The service was done very quickly, but the miscommunications made getting my car back was more difficult than it needed to be. Ultimately, I was helped and got my car in a timely manner, but it would have been nice to have not have had to have any issues to deal with after purchasing the car. More
