Billy Comtois loves being a certified sales consultant and member of the Armory team. The Bethlehem native joined us after a stint in the restaurant business, and says it was Armory's 96-plus years of history and the fact that we're a family owned and operated company that made the move appealing. The exciting atmosphere and good people who work here were an added bonus. Comtois has a passion for dealing with people and a desire to get them what they want, especially if what they want is a new car. His own dream car is the 2016 Dodge Charger Hellcat, an entirely different beast than his Armory favorite, the Jeep Cherokee. Comtois is also an accomplished bowler, being the youngest person (at the time) to make the Empire State Games at the age of 14. He still bowls in his spare time, and enjoys a good hike.

I’m just a little upset that I couldn’t select zero stars. This is absolutely the worst dealership that I have ever had to deal with. They lack empathy and compassion when dealing with a difficult situ stars. This is absolutely the worst dealership that I have ever had to deal with. I had to contact both Jeep and Lithia just to get them to reply to my regarding the status of my Jeep. They also disrespected my wife and treat her like garbage when she called to get the status of her car. It was there for over four months and was given a loaner vehicle that was half the size and capability of our car. More

The car was a good fit for me and I looked forward to trouble free driving for a while however the used car failed going up a hill in Vt in the mountains. While AAA customer service was problematic, when trouble free driving for a while however the used car failed going up a hill in Vt in the mountains. While AAA customer service was problematic, when I had the vehicle towed to Armory I arrived in a rental car with receipts for lodging, car rental and towing. I left with a check for my expenses and a loaner car of the same model. I returned the loaner a few days later and picked up my car which needed a fuel pump. They covered all costs with the warranty. The only criticism I have is their communications are terrible. Nobody answers a phone anymore. I didn’t receive regular updates and tried multiple ways of getting a hold of someone. I’m glad I showed up in person at the time the tow truck dropped off the car. They need to improve their ability to communicate with their customers. More

Spent a lot of money on an extended warranty only to be told not all items are covered. The entire headlight unit seal was defective and leaking water into the headlamp. It seems like there is less people working the service area than in the past. But I did appreciate the ones that are there. The men and women are knowledgeable. Just seem like there is fewer.
