Very friendly and helpful, never pushing you to get something that you don’t want or need. I’ve bought from two other Kia’s in the past and I have had very good luck with them and I will definitely ha something that you don’t want or need. Amy was well-informed and had great product knowledge. She took a lot of time explaining the hideous electronic junk in this car. She did her job in an efficient manner and was very professional. However, I was there for 3 hours, which is ridiculous because I wasn't applying for financing. I think they keep you waiting around a long time to make you tired so the sales manager can sell you the expensive warranty. This wasn't my first rodeo and I didn't buy it, but I did resent taking up that much of my time. It was unnecessary and tiresome. I don't know who the people are on the list after Amy, but the car was clean, gassed-up, and ready to go. More
