Stay far, far away from Earnhardt Hyundai Service. I made an appointment to take my car in on 08/25/2025 to replace the Passenger Rear Tire due to a puncture near the sidewall of the tire. Replacing that tire took nearly 2 hours and when I went to the car with the Service Writer, Tony, I noticed that the punctured tire was still on the car and the new tire was put on the Driver's Side. Tony the Service Writer told me that everything was fine because the tires had been rotated. I said there was no tire rotation on the Service Order and I did not request tire rotation. After checking with Service, Tony learned that the wrong tire had been replaced and the work needed to be done over. After another hour went by, I was able to talk with the Shop Foreman, Bill, who told me that the work had been done by an Apprentice. Apparently, Earnhardt Hyundai does not think the work of an Apprentice needs to be reviewed before a vehicle is released to a customer. Bill, the Shop Foreman, told me that he reviewed the work of the Apprentice the second time around. I noticed that my chrome air valve cap was missing, even though the Shop Foreman said he reviewed the work of the Apprentice the second time around. I have no way of knowing if my Driver's Side Rear Tire that was mistakenly removed initially from my vehicle was the tire that was actually replaced on my vehicle once I discovered the mistake. It was a tire with 7,500 miles on it, so like new. I asked for help from my Sales Associate, Ibrahim, and was promptly told he has nothing to do with Service. The Service Writer, Tony, just went on and on about how bad of a day he was having with no concern for the day he had put me through. The Shop Foreman, Bill, allowed an Apprentice who had screwed up the work on my vehicle initially to work on my vehicle again and thought that was the right thing to do. For my "troubles", I was offered a free car wash, which I promptly refused. Had I not discovered that the tire with the plug near the sidewall had not been replaced, I could have been driving 70 miles per hour on the highway, gotten a blow out on the plugged tire, and caused an accident endangering the lives of others and myself. All because Earnhardt Hyundai allows Apprentices to work on customer cars without qualified supervision or review. Never again for Service or Purchase at Earnhardt Hyundai ! More

I have had Tyler Busell as my Service Advisor since December 2023. He is an excellent communicator, friendly and knowledgeable. Many thanks for having employees like Tyler in the service department. Also, I had Ben Girard at my Service Advisor before Tyler. Ben also was excellent and easy to communicate with and interact. Several times I have had discussions with Bill Wood, Maintenance Foreman,, and could not say more about Bill's attention to problems and his desire to do the right thing and his emphasis on customer relations.
