This is the worst car buying experience/ ownership ever in the history of cars. I purchased a new 2021 Atlas last year and 3 days after buying the car the radio breaks. They have changed it out 7 times sin in the history of cars. I purchased a new 2021 Atlas last year and 3 days after buying the car the radio breaks. They have changed it out 7 times since and still same issue they obviously are not looking at what cause the issue just replacement is there only process. I schedule service and there is always some issue as to why I can’t get a loaner. I scheduled service with a loaner waited 2 weeks and still my wife and two kids were turned away. They don’t call to tell you the parts are in and they just done care about customers. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone or anything living! More

The Audi A5 sold itself I bought my car at the peak of the pandemic in New York so I am attributing the lukewarm response to my request to view and purchase a vehicle as a by I bought my car at the peak of the pandemic in New York so I am attributing the lukewarm response to my request to view and purchase a vehicle as a by product of our new normal. I had selected my Audi online after comparing similar products in the industry. However, Audi did not reach the challenge of our global or local situation with any product or professional incentives. Audi definitely missed the mark on being a conscientious enterprise in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. My transaction was a per-functional transaction that was handled quickly. Ultimately, the product sold itself but the experience did leave me wanting more from customer service in such a high end dealership. More
