Finance manager added $3000 warranty to my new car loan I bought from crown Mercedes without my knowledge or consent. I found this out and contacted his boss. His boss and I came to resolution on the matter. 2 months later, I sold the car and canceled the warranty and the finance manager told me I should receive a Check for my 3k warranty refund in the mail within 6 weeks. It’s been 6 weeks now and I still haven’t receive the refund or been able to get a hold of the finance manager. I won’t be doing business with this dealership ever again. More
