Thanks to Bill Terhorst! We bought our 2017 Pilot form Bill. We first met Bill when we were looking for a used CRV in 2014. Though the price didn't work out, I had made up my We bought our 2017 Pilot form Bill. We first met Bill when we were looking for a used CRV in 2014. Though the price didn't work out, I had made up my mind to contact Bill when we are ready to buy our next car. In 2016 fall, we started looking for a new Pilot and Bill was the first one I contacted. Since the demand and prices were high for the 2017 model, we decided to wait for some more time. In April 2017, when the supply caught up with the demand, Bill let us know that the prices dropped and we ended up in buying our Pilot. He was very patient throughout the process, always gave us the time we needed and followed up, whenever the price dropped. Picking up the car was also a very easy and pleasant experience. He explained all the features of the car very well. I will definitely recommend him and I don't have to think again when we are looking for the next car. More

We had a complicated trade-in situation and weren't sure how to navigate through it. Bill was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient with us in going over all the purchase & lease options. He was very honest & strait-forward about what our options were. We ultimately left with our new Odyssey (the vehicle we wanted) feeling like we got a great deal and that we made a practical choice for our little family. Great to work with First of all, Bill was great to work with. We didn't have an appointment or anything, just stopped in on a Saturday. Bill seemed to be the next associate available, or was near by when we walked in. He was friendly, accommodating and responsive to our needs. After we tested or checked into a car or two, he was able to suggest others that fit into our needs and price range. As for the dealership, both my wife and I remarked at how well it seemed to function. There was a comfortable lounge to wait, a place for kids to play while we went through the process, and it simply seemed busier but more well organized than some of the other dealerships we had visited. I'd go back to Valley Honda and work with Bill again in the future. More
