Service is ok but the time or the promise they will finish my atlas it’s horrible I have appointment at 10:00am I was there on time and it’s 11:15am still sitting in the the place where I left and if I finish my atlas it’s horrible I have appointment at 10:00am I was there on time and it’s 11:15am still sitting in the the place where I left and if I didn’t ask why still there they won’t put on service right away More

Friendly people, but it took 3 hours for an oil change after booking an appointment 3 days prior. Also, I wouldn't have chosen to get oil changes at dealership, but it was forced in the cost of the car. after booking an appointment 3 days prior. Also, I wouldn't have chosen to get oil changes at dealership, but it was forced in the cost of the car...I said I didn't want them, or the LoJack, but it wasn't an option to remove them from cost of vehicle. I won't buy from them again. More

Took vehicle in for repair that was part of a extended warranty service bulletin. Communication was good at first and the repair was done. However upon picking the vehicle up it had the check engine light warranty service bulletin. Communication was good at first and the repair was done. However upon picking the vehicle up it had the check engine light come on while on the way home. I notified the shop right away and was told that I would need to pay for a bunch of unrelated service work like (cabin air filter and transmission flush etc..) all before diagnosing if the check engine Light was even due to the work already performed??. Again initial communication was great but not so much after the warranty repair (which clearly the technician did not verify the work as the check engine would of come back on). More
