Great Service BUT always a long wait. I really like your service department. Your employees always take the time to listen if we have any questions or concerns. I feel you are honest when you fix or service our vehicle and do not try to sell unnecessary work to be done...However I have never been able to get in and out in less than 3-4 hours OR more. I realize that sometimes things just happen and you get lined up...but Every time I come in it is like that. It might help if when booking you allowed a little more time for each vehicle so that you are not overbooked and cause a backlog. ......
