OMGosh enough can't be said about my salesperson William (Bill) Shelton especially from an older single woman. I went in with the intention of just testing a Honda Passport and walked out with one. Columbia Honda is amazing made everything so easy for me!! I can't say enough great things about this place. I had owned a Honda and hands down they are one of the best cars ever made. However, I was over the moon dealing with Bill Shelton because he wasn't pushy at all, so kind, and very upfront and truthful. He even hand-picked the car he thought I would be interested in and guess what he was spot on with that pick! I have already told more and more friends about my experience with Bill and Columbia Honda and will continue to do so. Bill was referred to me through a friend and she was so right!! Also, Thanks to Arthur Brown for your help with the paperwork very nice guy to work with also!! Thank you Columbia Honda and Bill Shelton!!
