Had a 9am appointment for service. Checked in at 8:30. ETA 2.5 hours to do the work,. Called at 1:30 to get an update.,they said they would call back in 15 minutes. That’s when they told me the car wasn’t even in the shop yet but they were hoping it would go in soon. This is not a company that even understands the meaning of customer service. More

Had a great experience buying a vehicle here but they have a terrible service department. Brought my truck in to get the brake pads and rotors replaced, but 3 appointments later the brakes were still scr have a terrible service department. Brought my truck in to get the brake pads and rotors replaced, but 3 appointments later the brakes were still screeching. Had to take it to another dealership to look at it and ended up having to replace all brake pads and rotors because they did not install the correct ones and also did not install them correctly. Cost me $950 plus the time I wasted bringing it back 3 different times to fix the issue. I also purchased a prepaid service plan when I bought the vehicle from them but won’t be going back there again so I have to eat that cost too. Very poor More

I took my car into replace a ABS break sensor. The part was $140 at the dealer. A quick look online shows the same part, number 5105572AB. A quick look online and I find that I could have gotten the same was $140 at the dealer. A quick look online shows the same part, number 5105572AB. A quick look online and I find that I could have gotten the same part for $65. There was also a miscelanious charge of $31. No idea what that was for. And then $175 dollars labor. It a low hangin plug and play part. The total cost was $372. It shouldn't have been have that. It's the first time that I've been there since my warranty expired. I will never go back. More

No I was there because heater wasn't working. 1/18 10am appt, 5pm called & said backlogged & couldn't work on car til 1/19. I would say OVERBOOKED, not backlogged. NO APOLOGY OR GESTURE OF GOOD WILL WHEN I PICKED UP CAR. Same employee, again on 1/19, no mask. Sign on door said must wear a mask! More

Wow finally a dealership that understands customer service. Any issues / updates or anything I’ve had to bring my Rubicon into the dealer were met with friendly and professional people. Here are the service. Any issues / updates or anything I’ve had to bring my Rubicon into the dealer were met with friendly and professional people. Here are the names that I could Remember off the top of my head. Gordon Hatch -Sue Monte - James Gass -Jamie Berger and Bill Perry. Sorry I don’t remember the two technicians names that actually worked on my Rubicon but the were also polite. All from different areas of the Dealership but all very friendly & yes even when I wasn’t exactly at my best they didn’t hold against me. Even when the wife brought our vehicle in for service commented on how professional everyone was at the time. Ive looked at some of other people’s comments and I really have a hard time thinking they were in the same dealership I was at. Unfortunately nowadays I think some people give negative reviews because they weren’t helped quickly enough or in the back of their minds the dealer wasn’t getting to them because of their appearance. I can tell you my experience has always been a good one even when I wasn’t being so good & maybe just a little mean. But i realized after the fact I may have been upset about something and they still treated me respectfully. Thank you for being so polite even when I may not have been. I do give 5 star rating but the loaner vehicle was tiny I would’ve preferred maybe something like my Jeep Rubicon I dropped off. But maybe my next visit if I need a loaner. More

Service Department This is the only dealership I will take my Jeep to for service. Bill is one of the best service advisors I have ever had. I was having an issue with m This is the only dealership I will take my Jeep to for service. Bill is one of the best service advisors I have ever had. I was having an issue with my battery and there wasn't a code popping up on the system - but bill wanted to inspect further and found that both my batteries were failing. If it wasn't for him going beyond what the code was showing I could have been stranded somewhere. Bill always makes sure that I am completely happy with my vehicle before he gives it back to me and always called to keep me up to date on what is going on. I am beyond happy with the service I receive from this dealership and will ALWAYS bring my car here. Thank you Bill! More

Sorry to be bringing business to another dealer. We purchased our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited new from this dealer. Everything has been exceptional so far. I went in today to try and make a oil ch We purchased our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited new from this dealer. Everything has been exceptional so far. I went in today to try and make a oil change appointment. I was told next appointment was Monday. I explained I will be headed north and needed to get it done before Monday. No appointments available before I leave. I understand scheduling. When I asked about another dealer doing the work I was very pleasantly told that would be no problem. Feeling a little disappointed that a car dealer where you purchased your vehicle would so easily let your business just slip away. So I called Dayton Andrews and they welcomed our business with open arms. We are in the market for a second Jeep vehicle in the next few months and sorry to say after having a great sales experience at Fitzgerald we will not be shopping there. More
