All members of the staff were friendly & knowledgable unlike other dealers where I felt staff were trying to intimidate & pressure us. Our salesman Mohamed was amazing throughout the entire process. He kept on contact with us to make sure we were happy. He even came in on his day off to make sure some minor touch ups to the car went smoothly. Every request we made was met with a "no problem" and he actually meant it. The manager Scott & Bill in finance also contributed to an overall positive experience. I didn't feel pressured to purchase unnecessary packages but also feel comfortable with the options I did choose. The overall feeling in the dealership is pleasant and professional without the bell ringing and gaudy signage you get at other places. More

As we conversed I felt Herb Chambers would be the right place for me to start my car buying journey. As I entered into the facility I was greeted by not one but several individuals. Maged in sales also had a low keyed, cheerful demeanor, no pressure sales approach. Maged continued to share his knowledge with me and I was impressed Maged took the time to answer all my questions and I didn’t feel like I was rushed to make the purchase. Then I met Bill in finance, who also spent an exuberant amount of time disclosing all financial information to me. Now I'm thinking this is where they sell me all the extras. Bill educated me on the extras and allowed me to make a no pressure decision by showing me examples and options that would benefit me. One week later I’m am still elated about my purchase, I have no buyer’s remorse...had a great experience...Smile priceless!!.Thanks for making my car purchase a journey not a task. My wife and I visited your showroom on 10Feb13 to test drive a Crosstour. We were immediately greeted by Lauren Surowiec who followed-up with me regarding providing me an internet quote and for schedulin drive a Crosstour. We were immediately greeted by Lauren Surowiec who followed-up with me regarding providing me an internet quote and for scheduling a day/time to come down for the test drive. Upon arrival, Lauren referrred us to one of your sales agents, Mohamed Hussain, who we spent the next several hours test driving the Crosstour and Odyssey. We ultimately decided to purchase a 2013 Odyssey. Mohamed managed the negotiation process very well between us and his Sales Manager. We both left feeling that a fair deal was made with regard to our trade-in against our new Odyssey purchase along with working with us on discounting some of the many options and accessories we decided to purchase. Both Lauren and Mohamed were a pleasure to deal as was Bill Panaccione regarding financing options. We recieved a prompt follow-up from Michael Krawczyk, Business Development Manager to make sure we were happy with the service we recieved. We took delivery of our new Odyssey 2 days later as planned. Mohammed ensured that our new van was absoultely flawless when we took delivery and that all options purchased were properly installed. Samantha Elias, Delivery Specialist, reviewed all the features of the car and helped set up the Nav and voice command system. My wife and I look forward to having many years of trouble-free maintenance with our new van and having it serviced with you. All were very prompt, friendly helpful, professional and easy to deal with (no pressure/stress). We won't hesitate to purchase another car from you in the future and to recommned you to our family and friends. More
