Walk away from this dealer Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dec 16, 2019 dealermax "I urge you to walk away from this dealership" I took my Grand Cherokee in for routine 16,000 m Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dec 16, 2019 dealermax "I urge you to walk away from this dealership" I took my Grand Cherokee in for routine 16,000 miles service. My car has seen very light motorway use. I was advised to have the axle fluid and transmission fluid changed, a $450 cost. I called over 50 dealerships following that service and NOT ONE said these items should even be considered at this mileage. After numerous emails the the service manager offered to compensate half. 2 weeks later, having received nothing, I was informed the service manager no longer works there and they will not pay me anything. This place stinks. It's badly run by even worse people. Even if you get a great price to buy/lease a vehicle, please walk away and use that price elsewhere. More

Worst dealer ever!!! Let me start by saying that I am rewriting this review because my nephew was refused his money back that he was overcharged by this dealer until I rem Let me start by saying that I am rewriting this review because my nephew was refused his money back that he was overcharged by this dealer until I removed my previous review. Bill the sales manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met. He has no customer service skills what so ever he actually even threatened to fight me because I was pointing out how he was ripping of my nephew. They advertised the car on the website as a certified preowned vehicle for $27,999.00 and then they charged him $2000.00 for the CPO which was not stated in the advertisement. When I pointed that out Bill the service manager got really irate and said that this has nothing to do with me mind you I was looking out for my nephew who they ripped off the day before by charging him the CPO twice which I believe should not even have been charged at all. Buyer beware when going to this dealer and check all of your paperwork 3 times before you sign anything. They got my nephew because he did not speak English well and just had him sign a bunch of paperwork he did not understand. Once again if possible avoid this dealer if you value your money and your worth as a human being as this place does not treat customers with respect!!! More

After finding a vehicle that I wanted on their website, I emailed them back and forth and they provided me wit If you value your time do not go here. After finding a vehicle that I wanted on their website, I emailed them back and forth and they provided me with a reasonable initial price. I then set up an appointment to go to the dealership and hopefully finalize a deal. I got there and the Waste of Time began, the receptionist called the sales manager who I was directed to contact when I got there. Five minutes later he strolled up to let me know that my sale rep was wrapping up with customers and would be with me shortly, Fifteen minutes later the sales rep finds me to introduce himself and to let me know that he would be with me shortly and in the mean time he would have the vehicle that I was interested in moved to the front of the lot for me to go through. About 35-40 minutes later, just as I was about to leave, he shows up with the keys to the vehicle and tells me that he just needed a little more time with his current customers. I spent several minutes looking over the car and went back inside to find the sales rep and manager in deep conversation with their customers. Well after fifteen more minutes of waiting around I had enough and left. I wasted nearly an hour and a half just waiting. Purchasing a new car is stressful enough without having to deal with that. Unfortunately they lost a sure sale. What really pissed me off was that there were several sales reps that were walking around that could have helped me. So if you value your time as I do - don’t go to Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge! More

Zero service after the sale!! BUYER BEWARE!! I recently purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. During the purchasing process my salesman Sean was helpful and good to work with. My problem wi I recently purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. During the purchasing process my salesman Sean was helpful and good to work with. My problem with this dealership came after our purchase. We ran into a couple issues and reached out to multiple people, left voice mails, waited on hold, and still to this day can not get In touch with the correct people at the dealership. After the purchase we received automated calls from the dealerships owner and several others welcoming us to the “family” and if we had any issues to please not hesitate to call. This was a lie, this dealership is there to make sales and is not interested in customer service after the sale. Buyer beware!! I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and would not recommend anyone else to. You will get the automated “personalized” calls from the owner and others it you will not get the service they promise once the papers are signed and the money is in their hands. Find another dealer that will take care of you and be there when you you have an issue after the sale. More
