Unexpected Car Problem I had to get a jump to get my car started during the lunch hour. Headed straight to Orange...they said they would work me in and they fed me lunch. Excellent I have no reservations about recommending Orange Buick service. That said, although I had an oil change, the car's "idiot" lamp keeps coming on eve I have no reservations about recommending Orange Buick service. That said, although I had an oil change, the car's "idiot" lamp keeps coming on even after I reset it. Isn't the reset to be done by the mechanic upon completion of the oil change? Noel Busch More

Lack of communication - Lemon Truck. The service center is horrible at communication. It takes well over a month to get a call back after leaving 5 or 6 voicemails for your service manage The service center is horrible at communication. It takes well over a month to get a call back after leaving 5 or 6 voicemails for your service manager. Once you do get a callback it can take months to get an appointment. I Purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra at this dealership and started having issues immediately with the transmission, I asked service to look into it and their response was "that is just how that truck is". Finally, after 5000 miles and a year of stuttering and loud popping and randomly lurching the service department wanted to change my transmission fluid. It didn't fix the problem. Pretty sure GM sold me a lemon. I have a friend with a 2018 Chevy high country and he has no issues at all. So Bad luck on my part I guess? Now my wireless charger works when it feels like it and since the transmission fluid changes my stock rims and tires are rubbing on the fender well on the passenger side. Not sure if that's coincidence or they had to go in through the fender well to access the transmission. Sometimes I turn on the truck and the radio is popping constantly through all media types "CD, Mp3, Streaming, radio" Once you take a phone call through your truck the popping goes away. I left a voicemail with the service manager 2 weeks ago to talk about these new issues and I'm still waiting on a phone call. I should have bought a Dodge. #gmdoesntcare. More
