My 10,000 mile service was performed as expected, in a very reasonable amount of time. I was kept informed in the waiting room, and had no surprises. The only negative that is keeping this from being 5 stars is the online scheduling was sub par. I received no less than 10 automated notifications of my appointment, several contradicting each other, due to a scheduling quirk that apparently allowed me to double book over another time slot. I will call for scheduling an appointment in the future. More

Bill is no longer in inside service. Bad experience recently with new people. I was given estimate for repair that only included labor. Then when I got the bill I was overcharged 3 hours labor and pric recently with new people. I was given estimate for repair that only included labor. Have a problem when I bring my car in for routine maintenance and after picking the car up the transmission which was not touched and was serviced a number of months ago has a problem 2 days later. I have kept this car up to date on service, my advisor Robert Cicero is great about necessary maintenance. It just seems questionable that a vehicle that was running perfectly before being brought in for brake fluid, coolent change and oil change would have a transmission problem. More
