I was born and raised in the area. I have also raised my children here with my lovely wife. I have been with Honda for over 20 years and stay where I do because I believe in the Honda product. Outside of the dealership, I like to take walks with my wife, play golf, ride bikes, and most importantly spend as much time with my children and four grandchildren. Favorite Honda: The Honda Accord. Great style and comfort are a big plus. All this while also getting really great MPG, overall, a great package.

The service dept people have always been friendly and treated me respectfully. They have made some expensive mistakes though and are expensive in general! As for Bill Mears, he was very helpful and went treated me respectfully. They have made some expensive mistakes though and are expensive in general! As for Bill Mears, he was very helpful and went above expectations to empty all the junk in my trade-in into my new car while I was with the finance guy! I took off a star bc he was not willing to help me with a tail pipe part that apparently fell off on my drive home from the dealership (a 5 minute drive). If he makes sure my newly purchased insurance covers this then I will restore the star!! More

Buying a used car is a different experience today. No negotiation, here's the car, take it or leave it. I asked for the greasy foot prints, at all seating positions, to be cleaned. The most disappointing part was after I signed all the paperwork Bill just handed me the keys and said thanks. I don't expect red carpet treatment but at least a walk outside to show me where the car was parked would have been nice. Just a different experience from my days in a dealership. Bill was friendly and professional during the buying process but the close left a bad taste. More

I was only looking for a car because someone had totaled my 2018 crv 1 month after making the final payment. So needless to say, I was not super thrilled to be car shopping. I knew I wanted another CRV, it my 2018 crv 1 month after making the final payment. So needless to say, I was not super thrilled to be car shopping. I knew I wanted another CRV, it was just a matter of where I was going to buy it. This was the first dealer I visited, and I will admit, at first I was a little skeptical due to the appearance, but the service totally exceeded my expectations. When I bought my first car, I was at the dealer for nearly 8 hours. This time, I was there for less then 2 hours from test drive to signing the last page of paperwork. The color I wanted was not on site, and I was originally told it would be a little over 2 weeks for it to come in, but I picked up my car 6 days later, and again was in and out in no time at all. I was dreading buying a new car, but they made the whole experience as quick and painless as possible. 10/10 recommend! More
