Hello, I'm a Car Service manager for over 22 yrs, I applied for the Position and was Denied because they did a Background check and went back to my Juvenile, 90% of people that get arrested return back applied for the Position and was Denied because they did a Background check and went back to my Juvenile, 90% of people that get arrested return back to jail ! I severed my Time and I'm the 10% that makes it ! For 23 yrs straight I've lived as a Changed Man and a Law Abiding citizen state of florida . We talk about " Equal Opportunity " and Second chances, But I was Judged because of my Mistake and not who I become and How I am as A Service manager and how I perform as a professional . BEWARE for the Owners don't believe in 2nd Chances and Helping the Community of those that Just need someone to give them a Chance! Sad, and their Reviews Reflect what kind of ownership! More
