I purchased my car from MB of Oxnard for one reason, the customer service and staff were far superior to the two other MB dealers I visited. To say this was the best buying experience I've ever had, is an understatement. I had researched MB CPO cars for several weeks. I began my search at two local dealers, one in Newport and one in Anaheim Hills. Both were disappointing. The sales staff at these locations didn't seem interested in asking about my specific needs, but were more interested in showcasing their dealership or specials. I felt this search was becoming a waste of time. That all changed with MB of Oxnard. I was treated like royalty from the minute the receptionist answered the phone. Both Monie Jensen and Bill McClendon went out of their way to make this the easiest transaction ever. This is my first Mercedes and based on my buying experience, it will certainly not be my last. I would recommend MB of Oxnard to anyone without hesitation. More
