I have bought many new cars and trucks over the years, both personally and for business. I was treated professionally from the first time I visited the dealership (in the midst of the pandemic), continuing with stay in touch emails and ending almost a year later; when I returned and actually bought a vehicle along with trading my existing car in. Zack Victory was my guide thru the entire process. He was knowledgeable, honest, straight forward and professional at all times. The entire dealership was the same way when they helped me with my purchase of after market add ons, (wheels, tires and lift). I have since had numerous Huffines management personnel check in on my buying experience and happiness with the vehicle. I continue to be pleased with the deal I made and my new truck. More

We had already found the Jeep Grand Cherokee we wanted online and went in with the vin number and lot position, within minutes James had our Jeep outside ready and waiting for us to go over, when it came to the test drive James insisted that we set the car up as if it was already our own "seat position, radio station, a/c etc." gave us a great rout to drive so we got to see how it handled on the highway, urban and city road so we got the full experience. I will recommend Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Lewisville to others and will defiantly be paying them a visit when we want to get another vehicle. More

I have been driving a 2003 Silverado SS for a while. I felt it was the right time to award myself with a new Truck. I decided to broaden my search range to a 300 mile radius because this is TEXAS and if you need to find a deal on your vehicle, you have to be willing to drive. After contacting what felt like 30 dealerships with no luck, Mr Terry Layman contacted me with the deal I have been in search for. I told him what I wanted to trade and he was extremely quick to answer back. Terry even pulled the Truck I wanted off the market days before I made the 200 mile journey through America’s Greatest State to the gold standard of New and Used cars and TRUCKS, Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge and RAM’s of Lewisville TEXAS. After arriving at the pearly mega gates of used vehicles, I was greeted by Mr. Terry Layman. Now usually when I step foot in a used vehicle dealership, I feel like I am stepping into the Thunderdome of Doom. But not here, Mr Terry Layman not only put my mind at ease with his honesty and straightforwardness, he was also a awesome guy to negotiate business with. After a very short time signing a few documents, Terry hit me with a surprise. He had the guys tint my front windows for FREE!!!! After revealing this awesome surprise, Terry led me to the finance dept where I met Mr Bill Matson who was also awesome to do business with. Them two are like the Troy Aikman, Michael Irvin combo of Trucks sales. After a very short transaction and signing a few documents with Bill, I leave his office and Terry gots my new 2020 Ram 1500 Crew Cab 4X4 waiting for me right outside the door. Terry then filled her up with gas and went over all the options the truck had to offer with me. I then drive my new chariot back another 200 miles home with the biggest smile on my face. Omgosh have I found the right salesman! I walked in to the new Ram building looking to trade in my 2019 Ram 1500 about 2 months ago. Gave my name and number to a sales guy and had to run to an appointment and asked him to get in touch with me. I never heard from the guy. I came back last weekend and tried again. Got a sales gal this time. She was pleasant but told me that they couldn't help me with my situation. Sad and disappointed I asked her if she could show us anything on the pre-owned lot and she said no. So after a few hours having been at the new lot and just minutes before closing we popped over to the used lot. Fingers crossed someone would still be there and willing to show us around. Lucky me! Terry was there and not only willing but but enthused to help us. Terry showed me my dream truck. A big beefy badass Classic Ram. The only problem was that it was missing the key feature I was looking for. Leather seats. But that didn't matter. Terry had that problem solve before it began and had already figured in custom leather. Deal! Oh and then bonus, Terry is having my wheels powder coated to match. He gave me the keys for the night (it was passed closing time) and I came back in the morning and bought the truck. Had a couplespeedbumps with the paperwork but Terry handled it and made the process so easy and stress free. Not to mention how he treated me as a woman. I've bought enough vehicles to know that is still a 50/50 concern that you're gonna get a salesman that tries to show you the "vanity mirror". Terry spoke to me directly, even though I had my boyfriend there, you know just in case as backup. Hands down I will be seeing Terry for every car purchase from here on out. And Huffines, he redeemed you after turning me away at the "new" lot. ~Julia Crown More

We exchanged several emails and phone calls in which Surya patiently and humbly asked just the right questions to clarify exactly what I wanted and needed in the truck I was seeking. Once that was done he delivered an absolutely beautiful Dodge Ram 1500 LoneStar which had everything for which I was wanting. The negotiation of final buying price was fair and reasonable I've walked away feeling better than I ever have about a "Used Car Salesperson"!!
