Today I am the proud new owner of my Ford Maverick. Everyone there treated me like they knew me my entire life. Each individual was not only willing, but happy to help me learn about my new truck ( the days of just buying a vehicle, and simply driving it are long gone). They helped me sync my phone to the truck, and took the time to make sure I was happy, and understood all my new truck had to offer. This was my first newer car purchase, and I was very upfront with them about it. They could have used that knowledge against me, but instead they went out of their way to put me at ease, and never tried to push me into anything. I am also a proud Army Veteran, and let me tell you that Mike Castrucci Ford, and all their team treat their Military customers like family, and with respect! That meant a lot to this old Army Dog. I highly recommend their entire team to anyone looking for a new car. You won’t be disappointed!!! More

After initially leaving a review with a negative interaction I had at Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford, I received a phone call from the sales manager Robert Williams. Mr. Williams stated he was unawa interaction I had at Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford, I received a phone call from the sales manager Robert Williams. Mr. Williams stated he was unaware of the previous issue and set out to make it right. Within 10 minutes he called me back with a positive solution. After this I was able to purchase a new 2022 Ford F150. Due to the initial error, I am only rating them with a 4 out 5 stars. I appreciate the efforts to “make things right” and I will shop here again. If you choose to shop here, I would recommend Bill Mason as your sales rep! More
