trash service Have a "noise" coming from front end of my vehicle. 2017 versa with 23,500 miles, make an appointment to have it looked at, show up at my set time, se Have a "noise" coming from front end of my vehicle. 2017 versa with 23,500 miles, make an appointment to have it looked at, show up at my set time, service advisor asks me if im leaving the vehicle, i said i would wait, tells me hes unsure when my vehicle would be looked at. Why make an appointment? Ask to speak to Bill Mashburn, service manager, this guy is a real winner, he should learn to lead by example, manger is rude tells me thats to bad, I tell him I will let nissan know, Bill tells me go ahead, lol like he dont care. This is why I don't bring my vehicle to get serviced by these guys. Just like their 2 year free oil changes, ya if you can spare 2 hours of your day to get it. Never will use this dealership again, will drive to Decatur first. More

This dealership is TERRIBLE . I’d rate ZERO stars if i could. Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received. I do not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership. The service advisor tracy is Very Rude and Very Fake as well as the service manager bill. They dont care. She is so sarcastic & plays this “nice” role while speaking to you with a smirk on her face. As if something is funny! On June 6th i purchased a brand new .. yes 2020 BRAND NEW NISSAN ALTIMA SR from this dealership. 6 days after I purchased the vehicle my tie rod snapped & had wheel axel damage. $3,000 in damage on a car that doesnt even have 1,000 miles on it. I immediately had my car towed to landers & here we are almost 2 months later and my car is STILL there. Not only am i making payments on a vehicle i dont even have in my possession but they seem to just not care at all about me & take their sweet time. Why should they care? It isnt them or they’re vehicle. I contacted Nissan Corporate about this problem and they launched an Investigation they stated would take 6-12 weeks. Wow! They told me to speed the process up i should file a claim through my insurance (which i did) it was approved. Nissan corporate stated they would reimburse my insurance if it was found to be a Nissan Defect in the tie rod. My vehicle is STILL at landers un fixed. Now they state that they cannot repair my vehicle UNTIL nissan is done with the investigation. No one knows what the xxxx their talking about!! I called nissan corporate to inform them that i only followed orders from them. They told me to file a claim because it would be MUCH faster to receive my vehicle, but now although my insurance would pay.. they suddenly cant touch it? They dont care about you!! I was poorly treated!! Absolutely NOBODY is on my side! No one seems to care about me or my situation i am APALLED. i thought i was doing myself a favor by trading in my car & purchasing a BRAND NEW VEHICLE as a gift to myself ... but i was better off with my old car! Im so sad im going through this & i do not know what else to do. These people are crooks, rude, selfish, grimey, NASTY and flat out ONLE CARE ABOUT A SALE. it is now july 10th... STILL NO CAR. i call almost everyday and go to the dealership and hear the same thing (we are waiting on nissan to complete the investigation) but when i called Gary, the nissan adjuster who came out to inspect my vehicle, he states the investigation is complete & they should have been working on my car. Just a mess. Nobody knows what they are talking about and everyone gives me nasty attitude as if they dont give a xxxx. i’ve had it with these people. Lesson learned, NEVER BUY FROM LANDERS MCLARTY NISSAN!!Traci, b**** you are rude!!!And if you are going to treat people the way you do , find a new profession because one dealing with angry people just isnt for you!!! I am taking this to the BBB, and any other social platform where i am able to write a review. My story will be heard! How i was treated & how long this is taking is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. you guys know this is dead wrong! According to margaret the customer relations specialist & willie the dealership manager, they claim they will pay half of my $500 Deductible, but lets see if that is actually true IF AND WHEN i get my vehicle back. I wouldnt be suprised if it wasnt! The rental i have has to go back & here i am stuck without a car, today June 9th i went to the dealership for maybe a 3rd of 4th time since my vehicle has been there & REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE SERVICE MANAGER. I sat from 4:30-6 and was told BIll was to busy & couldn’t speak with me. TRACY, yes the nasty rude lady saw me sitting there for almost 2 hours and waited until the very last minute to come tell me that. So no, i left without speaking to ANYONE REGARDING MY VEHICLE! Nobody wants to talk to me... they all avoid me & give me the run around. They think its funny. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. I am 26 years old , young, and worked my xxx off for this car. i didn’t deserve to be treated this way! Regret coming here More

Nissan Maxima I initially had a horrible experience with my purchase/sales team at Lander's Nissan. However, when I had a issue with my 2010 Nissan Maxima (recall). I initially had a horrible experience with my purchase/sales team at Lander's Nissan. However, when I had a issue with my 2010 Nissan Maxima (recall)....I gained a lot of respect for the service team. Every single person in the service dept. was extremely kind, happy, upbeat. Mr. Mashburn went above and beyond to ensure my car would be taken care of. I am grateful to have made this contact. Very professional and timely. As for Mr. Ward, he is funny, personable, efficient, happy, smiley, just a joy to do business with. I would highly recommend the entire group. They were ALL kind. Service is very slow! After having my Altima's transmission replaced here about 2 months ago, it was still acting up. I called to make an appt and got one for 10:15 and was told my car would be washed.After not hearing a word for 3 hours I called to be told that it hasn't even been looked at and they would call by 2:00 to let me know the status or if it's even been pulled back yet. I called and spoke with the manager bc that was ridiculous and they had it done that night so I could pick it up the following day. Got there to see my car was ready, but had not been washed and looked like someone spit dip on the side of it. I will not be doing by business here again and do not recommend them! Come to find out it was there fault I was having issues, bc they put a part on the wrong way after replacing the transmission in the first place. More

service department scheduled repair on a used car for touchup paint. took the car to the service department the day the car was scheduted and the head service person sai scheduled repair on a used car for touchup paint. took the car to the service department the day the car was scheduted and the head service person said this shop did not do that type of work and was told to leave. I left the service area and called back to speak to the person that scheduled the appointment and she told me to return because she would take care of the problem. I was taken by their service driver and was told as soon as my car was ready would call and send the service to pick me up. I called myself about 4pm to check on my car and was told it was ready. When i tried calling the service department it took me 30minutes before someone answer the phone. I was told that the service department do not like to answer the alot alot in the afternoon. When i got to the service department my car had been ready since 10:47am. The service department cost me a whole for no reason. My car still has not been repaired due no paint. Paint must be order and it will be two weeks waiting. More
