recently purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Suburban from a dealership, and my experience has been frustrating, to say the least. Initially, the vehicle seemed to be in great condition, but I soon discovered t dealership, and my experience has been frustrating, to say the least. Initially, the vehicle seemed to be in great condition, but I soon discovered that a sensor in the back bumper was missing. When I raised this issue, the dealership assured me they would fix it. I trusted that they would handle it professionally, but I was shocked to find out later that their idea of a "fix" was to glue the sensor onto the bumper instead of properly installing it. This makeshift solution was disappointing and unprofessional. Not long after this, another issue surfaced. A message appeared on the service side section of the vehicle, indicating a problem that needed attention. I immediately reached out to the dealership to find out what was going on. They responded by suggesting that the warning message was likely because they didn't properly calibrate the sensor after their inadequate repair. This was another sign of poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail from their service team. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this dealership. Not only did they fail to properly address the missing sensor issue, but their careless approach has also led to further problems. Gluing a sensor instead of installing it properly is unacceptable, and not calibrating it after the "repair" shows a lack of professionalism. I trusted the dealership to ensure my vehicle was in good condition, but their actions have left me frustrated and regretting my purchase. More

I bought a used Rav4 from Rudy Luther that ended up having nail in the tire which wasn't repairable and required a new tire, and in the end required 4 new tires since its AWD. Instead of trying to work with me to resolve this issue, I have received the run around from the service department and the salesperson who sold me the car. I am now being completely ignored by the dealership so will be taking my car elsewhere to be serviced. I had a mostly good experience buying the car, but pretty awful customer service as soon as I drove it off the lot (they owed me a 2nd key fob that I never would have received if I didn't continue to follow up on it). More

Another great experience with Rudy Luther Golden Valley The first was with my wife before we were married 16 years ago. She needed a co-signer. My wife’s father wasn’t mobile and they drove almost 100 miles to meet with him. This time wasn’t nearly as exciting 😉 but once again they went above and beyond to make us feel happy and a “lifelong customer”. Bought a beautiful camry from Rudy Luther Golden Valley and in about five years I plan to return to do it all over again. Well done! I will see you again to buy another car, after I put about 100,000 miles on this one. 😃 More
