The Service Department is very difficult to make an appointment, no one returns phone calls tried three times over a period of three weeks to try and make a service appointment finally on the fourth tr appointment, no one returns phone calls tried three times over a period of three weeks to try and make a service appointment finally on the fourth try someone returned my call and set a appointment one and a half weeks latter. After the service was done discovered my left side vehicle step plate was covered in grease and my oil reset on the dash was not complete. Also no one greets you in the service lane and you have to enter the service desk area to guess who you are supposed to see to write you up some of the advisors were to busy eating there breakfast to help customers. What happened to Cutter Ford Service commitment to its customers there is no management over the staff or is the staff on their own to do what they want. A lot of businesses are blaming the COViD or the economy but there is no commitment to its existing customers who should be the. backbone to keeping its business alive. This is not the first time of getting poor service by Cutter Ford this also happened before and I had to enlist the help of the Commercial Sales Manager (mr. Bill Lindsay) to-get service for my vehicle. Cutter Ford needs more employees like Mr. Bill Lindsey who actually care for its customers he is the reason I rated the Dealership two stars. I don’t normally rate businesses, but there needs to be improvement as the Service Department is the backbone for it’s Business. More
