They will lie to you about the vehicle you are purchasing and take advantage of their customers. I traded in my 4 year old truck (that i bought from them a few years ago) for a brand new truck and I was told and take advantage of their customers. I traded in my 4 year old truck (that i bought from them a few years ago) for a brand new truck and I was told the vehicle I was getting was a Z71. While negotiating the price, Bill told me "this is the best price we can give you since you need a Z71 4x4". After thinking I got an OK deal I left and didn't think anything of it. A few days later I was noticing that it didn't say Z71 anywhere on the truck and thought maybe they changed the badging. Turns out I was lied to and the vehicle I was sold was not what they told me, yet I paid for it. After calling and telling them what had happened they couldn't do anything for me and tried to sell me into another truck for more money. I will never do business with these people again. I was able to get out of the truck from the help of another dealership, even though it cost me a little to get out of it. IT WAS WORTH IT. There is a reason David Stanley has an on-site attorney. More

She was short-tempered and condescending. Furthermore, she intentionally disconnected the call. I called back and spoke with Bill. He was gracious and apologized for Mattie's behavior. He further stated that he would inform Mattie's manager of her actions. After talking further with Bill, I agreed to speak with the representative who orders vehicles. After a pleasant conversation with him, I told him that I would call back with our decision. Over the weekend, my wife and I narrowed our scope to three dealerships, one of which was David Stanley. Unfortunately, Mattie called again. I asked if she was the same Mattie who called the last time, and, of course, she denied it. I explained that I decided not to buy a car from this dealership because of her. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she placed me on eternal and everlasting Hold. I only decided to give David Stanley a try because of a previous customer whom I served with at Ft. Sill. Regrettably, Mattie's slip-shod, Persian-bizarre, callous and apathetic manner makes it easy not to spend my well-over $100K at David Stanley. Please direct her not to call my phone ever again! Furthermore, when asked by other active, reserve, retired, and veteran military officers, warrant officers, and enlisted members, I will have no alternative except to tell them about MY experience with Dave Stanley Chevrolet and Mattie, as well as Bill and Jasmine.
