Great Car Buying Experience I had the best car buying experience at Midway Auto. Bill Kouglas was the salesman that helped me and he was awesome. Honest, helpful, and fast I bought a 2015 Dodge Durango from deal Bill Kougias at Midway Auto in Abington this past Sunday. I felt that he was extremely honest with me about t I bought a 2015 Dodge Durango from deal Bill Kougias at Midway Auto in Abington this past Sunday. I felt that he was extremely honest with me about the details of several vehicles and absolutely helped me in making the right decision for my circumstances. There was no pressure, which was a huge relief, and I felt in charge of the situation as much as possible. He worked with me to get the car payment that would be the easiest for me. Honestly, I thought this was going to be an awful interaction (as with any dealership) but it was actually pleasant and I would highly recommend this dealership and particularly, this dealer, Bill Kougias. The car, incidentally, had been serviced and had new tires and brakes, was in excellent condition and was a great bargain. They sold me a three-year warranty at an incredible price and I felt like I was taken care of. Excellent deal. More

A Great Experience! Bill was a humble and regular guy and I trusted him early on in the car buying process. He informed me that haggling over the price tag on the car was Bill was a humble and regular guy and I trusted him early on in the car buying process. He informed me that haggling over the price tag on the car was a thing of the past and assured me I was paying what I ought to be paying for the Nissan that I purchased. Bill was also very good at communication through calls, emails, and texts. The dealership was clean and nice and I didn't feel pressured at any time. It was generally a professional environment and I was always greeted properly when I walked on the lot. The only negative experience I had was with a finance person (and it wasn't Tom Foster, because that was a positive experience and he was trying to help us get a lower APR rate). The finance person was passing on information to Bill and then Bill was passing it on to us. Then Bill would ask him another question and come back to us and pass on information again. I was confused (and frustrated) that the finance person didn't come and address us directly. More
