A friend of mine referred me to Don and Ron Westphal Chevrolet. He did not know I was coming ahead of time and upon arrival I asked for Don. Car buying doesn't have to suck! I had a great experience!! I recommend Ron Westphal Chevrolet! I actually bought a pre-owned Dodge Ram here, not a Chevrolet. But the reason I did was because of the price I fou I recommend Ron Westphal Chevrolet! I actually bought a pre-owned Dodge Ram here, not a Chevrolet. But the reason I did was because of the price I found online. Ron Westphal beat out the larger dealerships, even beat out the dealerships closer and in the big city. I dealt with a few of the staff here, Mike K. who scheduled my appointment to test drive the truck, had the truck outside the front door waiting for me, greeted me and my family at the front door and took care of me right from the start! Richard G. was my salesperson, Richard was polite and a wealth of knowledge (even though this was a Dodge!) Richard was great with my 3 year old also, he had a Hot Wheels in his desk for such an occasion and gave to my son during our conversion and transaction. I even met the General Manager, Bill H. who came over, introduced himself and asked if he could my make my experience any better. This dealership is a class act and a hidden gem for the Chicagoland area! Car buying doesn't have to suck! It was a great experience for me and my family! 5 stars! More

We went in talked to Danny and left with a 2015 traverse that night. Woke up the next day with a bad feeling in my stomach like we did the wrong thing. After looking at everything financially we realized we made a mistake and need something with a smaller payment. After a couple days we walked out of the dealership with a 2012 Chevy traverse in our price range. Danny and the general manager bill did everything they could to make sure we where happy. I can say they where very helpful and I would recommend Danny to anyoneml. More
